This policy covers the VKT Inc. website (this site) and the information we collect when you get in touch with us through it. It doesn't cover the AnyDB platform itself, which is operated by Humanly Inc under its own privacy terms.
Who we are
VKT Inc. ("VKT", "we", "us") is registered in the Philippines. We provide finance and business operations consulting, and implement, integrate and support the AnyDB platform for our clients. This site is informational — it introduces what we do and lets you reach us. It does not host client data, logins or business systems.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- What you give us directly. When you use the "Talk to VKT" form, we collect what you choose to share — your name, email or mobile number, business name, approximate headcount, country, and any description of your workflows or business processes you write in the free-text fields.
- What's collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and content delivery providers may log standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring URL — for security and performance purposes. We don't run our own analytics or advertising tracking, and this site doesn't use tracking cookies of its own.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, understand your business well enough to have a useful first conversation, and keep a record of that conversation if it leads to further work together. We don't use it for advertising, don't build marketing profiles from it, and don't sell or rent it to third parties.
Third-party services
A small number of external services help us run this site and process enquiries:
- Form processing. Submissions from the "Talk to VKT" form are delivered to us through a third-party form-handling service, which receives and forwards the information you enter so we can reply to you.
- Google Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font involves a request to Google's servers, which may log standard technical data such as your IP address, in line with Google's own privacy practices.
We choose providers that handle data responsibly, but we don't control their systems directly — each has its own privacy policy governing how it processes data on our behalf.
Data retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as it's useful to the conversation it relates to, and afterwards only as needed for legitimate business records — for example, ongoing client relationships or matters we're legally required to retain. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep the data we hold to what's necessary and to limit who can access it.
Your rights
If you're in the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) gives you the right to be informed, to access, correct or object to the processing of your personal data, and to ask us to delete it, subject to legal and legitimate business exceptions. Wherever you're contacting us from, we'll honour reasonable requests to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at the address below.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business audiences and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
International visitors
We're based in the Philippines, and information you submit is processed here and, where noted above, by third-party providers that may operate in other countries. By using this site, you understand your information may be transferred outside your own country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our site or practices change. We'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
